This patient underwent Forehead Reduction / Hairline Lowering Surgery performed by Dr. Michael J. Yoo, MD, a Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. The patient had previously undergone hair transplantation at another clinic, which resulted in a patchy and unnatural 'hair plug' appearance with inadequate density and irregular graft placement. On the day of surgery, a photo reveals the true extent of the patient’s original hairline and the suboptimal results of the prior hair grafts. As part of the procedure, the previously grafted area was removed, and the hairline was advanced several centimeters to create a more natural and aesthetically pleasing result with improved density and contour.The postoperative photograph shown is at approximately 6 weeks following surgery, demonstrating significant improvement in hairline design and overall appearance.
